Instructions for Accessing the Refugee Congress 10th Anniversary Event

We are excited to celebrate our 10th anniversary with you! Please see below for instructions to access the online event. Written instructions and video instructions are both below.

1. Go to bit.ly/RefugeeCongress10 to join the event.

2. Click on the “Join Event” button.

3. A popup will appear with a button that says “Sign in to join the event.” You have the option to create a new account or sign in as a guest. To sign in as a guest, click on “Continue as guest” below the blue button.

4. Complete the registration information — your email address, first name, and last name. Click “Complete Order.”

5. An email will be sent to your inbox from “Hopin” (“no-reply@hopin.com). Click on the button in that email to verify and join the event.

6. The link will take you to a page that says your email address has been verified. Now go back to your email inbox and look for a second email from “Hopin” (“no-reply@hopin.com”). Click on the button in that email to access the event.

7. A popup will appear that requires you to accept the terms of the website. Now you are in the event! Navigate to the “Main Stage” (located on the left side of the screen on computers or the bottom of the screen on phones) to view the events and chat with other attendees. Enjoy!
