Meet Our Delegates

Refugee Congress Delegates are currently located in 48 states and the District of Columbia. They are community leaders with lived experience of forced displacement who drive the mission and work of our organization. They organize on-the-ground efforts with teams of advocates, allies, local organizations and community members to educate and promote the wellbeing and rights of refugees, asylum seekers, and forcibly displaced people in the U.S.

Our Delegates come from various backgrounds and have professional expertise in many fields. They are educators, technology experts, doctors and nurses, nonprofit leaders, and advocates. Their talents, stories, and lived expertise represent the diversity of experiences of forcibly displaced populations in the United States
