Basel Mousslly

Basel Mousslly is Director of Ecosystem Strategy & Partnerships at Endeavors, a Texas-based national nonprofit. He leads partnership development and strategic initiatives across the organization's child welfare and humanitarian programs. He was a founding leader of Endeavors' Migrant Services division, helping secure more than $600 million in federal funding and overseeing more than 2,000 staff across 24 states.

His career spans more than a decade in refugee and migrant services, from field work with Syrian refugees in Lebanon to leadership roles at Global Refuge (formerly Lutheran Immigration and Refugee Service). He has contributed to publications with UNHCR and Global Refuge and has spoken at national conferences including the Child Welfare League of America (CWLA) and the National Immigrant Integration Conference (NIIC).

Basel serves as Vice Chair of the Board of Directors of One Hundred Angels and is pursuing an MA in Political Science at George Mason University's Schar School.a
